Refund policy

This policy summarises section 6 of the terms of use. PokerStudy Pro subscriptions are sold and charged by our reseller Paddle.com (Merchant of Record), which processes refunds.

Free trial

When you sign up you get 7 days of Pro for free (10 if a friend invites you), no card required. Nothing is charged when it ends: you move to the free plan automatically.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from subscribing to withdraw without giving any reason. Since by paying you ask to start using Pro straight away, we refund what you paid minus the proportion corresponding to the time you have enjoyed until you tell us.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from My account → Manage subscription. You stay Pro until the end of the period already paid for and you won't be charged again.

Outside those 14 days

Periods already started are not refunded, except where the law requires it or where we close the service or your account without you having breached the terms: in that case we refund the unused proportion.
